FiksOne Foundation, The Company
The board of FiksOne came together in 2014 to develop a plan to help those who cannot help themselves. It is a charity created to provide support for those in distress who have unique problems, using focused assistance provided by the foundation. 

The Ownership
The company is structured as a corporation with 501(c)3 status granted by the IRS in 2015.

What we do
FiksOne provides conditional grants to Nonprofits in order to facilitate assistance for identified individuals in order to help them overcome the difficulties they face. FiksOne will also provide direct assistance for an individual with an immediate and significant need. 
Our Goals and Objectives
The goal of FiksOne is to improve the lives of individuals facing unique hardships, including, but not limited to, homelessness, unemployment,
and physical or psychological abuse; real life examples notated here:

  
  • A single mother needs to work, but cannot afford daycare this month.
  • A trafficked young girl needs medical attention, clothes, and dental care.
  • A family has to choose between bringing their sick dog to the vet or pay the electric bill.
  • A couple wants to work, but their car needs brakes.
  • A food pantry is running low on donations.
  • A homeless shelter needs the heat bill paid, blankets, water, etc...
  • A homeless veteran has a job but cannot get back to the shelter before the doors close at night.

20 yrs Business, military operations and nonprofit experience; accomplished trainer, public speaker, and counselor
